Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Hanlon Luxe experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
- Due to hygiene reasons, skincare and fragrance products cannot be returned if opened.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
